Message For Those of us less fortunate to make Pheonix, for either financial or schedule reasons, Z Nationals has always been there like an old friend. The descision not to make Pheonix was a bummer as there were lots of Folks I really wanted to meet.

That said, I put all my eggs in the Z Nats basket for my Fall Z blowout to end the season. I just started Trackin the Z in 2K10 at ZCON Nashville Super Speedway and have been addicted since. This was my 4th partipation in Z-Nats, but I missed last year to make Savanah's Grand Prize America. Returning to Z-Nats, I've always noticed it growing every year, but this year was HUGE! Big Thank you to all the guys at Z1 for putting on a GREAT event.

I finally got my Brother to come down for the weekend and he now understands the "Z Addiction"

In previous attendance I've never made the Friday night 'Cruise-In', WAY COOL, Police escort all the way into Carrolton w/right of way at the stop lights was a treat. It was like cherry picking the only cool thing out of a funeral.

The car show was spot on as usual, The highlight was a good friend of mine winning the Dyno competion as well as the Best Of Show. Congrats Brian Taylor for winning the GO and the SHOW at Z-Nats as well as the GO & Show at ZDAYS. Id have to say 2012 was your year. It was nice to see the Z32 getting some much needed respect at the events this year.

Their will be plenty of car pics in other posts so I thought I'd just post the essentials.

I will have to say that the opportunity to run at Barber Motorsports Park was a desciding factor and I started focussing my efforts in that direction.

The new set-up performed better than expected. The hugely visible warnings/flashes etc...gave me more confidence in flogging her all day and allowed me to concentrate more on the track.

To satisfy my need of instant gratification and over-indulgence I picked up my 1st set of dedicated track wheels/tires just for the occasion. I was told I'd appreciate the enhanced performance, but WOW! these have now been elevated to the Food, Water, Air and shelter category of lifes essentials. I love the overall look of 18" wheels but the wieght savings and performance characteristics of these 17" Enkes Are Awesome. The Toyo Proxes R888s were like glue!

I'm the only CRP on the track.
